TURN UP ^ THE LOVE How to support YOURSELF during times of adversity with these Heart felt practices. We are all in an epic change right now…. with big changes inside and outside ourselves, so we need to ground our energy with the truth of our soul’s essence while navigating the egos view. Standing in our personal divine truth that feels good to us is the most important vibe we can be in, what is Our personal truth? Not our opinion or facts about stuff…I’m talking about deep inner truths that you value and live by!! Just our truth….Ex- My soul’s essence emits a truth that “Everything Happens in Divine Time” yet if I’m triggered the egos overlay feels it’s not divine time it’s on my time, which becomes frustration in my mind and body. So I choose with my free will in the present moment to Breathe. Practice when feeling the fear, anxiety, overwhelm, panic, or tension… which basically fear, dressed as these vibes to integrate with self - compassion. 1. Go find a comfortable place or create space by going somewhere that you can have some space such as a bathroom or step outside if possible. If you can’t move or leave then sit with conscious breath until a later time so to dissolve the aspect of energy that is up in your field of consciousness. 2. Align with your breath consciously…meaning connect with Source, God, Universe, and Energy whichever your heart sings to. How to do this, its focusing on breathing life force energy in and out, then image it as a gift from God…. Life… because without it we would die so make the connection to life and breathe …feel how life supports YOU with breath. Please remember that the ego is dissolving as you focus on conscious breathing, so it does NOT take kindly to dissolving…so if this feels like BS its because your ego is unraveling and does not want to dissolve. So as you breath in and out with focus breath knowing it’s a gift of life start recognizing how it feels to breathe…does it feel good? Does it feel tight? Does it move feelings? How does it feel to just breathe? 3. Now, place your hand on your heart…. Yes …this may be new… so good for you, or you may be very practiced at this so that is great to. And it really is a good practice to hold your own heart, simply because it feels good to connect with yourself…more and more. Self-compassion is what we are opening to. YES!! 4. With hand on your heart say to yourself or aloud “ May this anxiety be transmuted back to the light of God and be dissolved once and for All. Saying this statement or a statement you create that is similar rewires your subconscious mind and settles your nervous system, which will support your energy field to relax into surrendering the anxiety which is supportive to your Being. 5. Remember YOU are the light of God consciousness. We All are…even if it does not feel this way at times. YOU are Divine Love and so is everyone whether they are mean, distant, cruel, bitter, cold, blaming, dark, negative, addicts etc…This energy is the energy being dissolved in all hearts …whether they are aware or not…at their own time line.
